Kempsey Shire Council is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly skilled professional to lead strategic and business planning, partner with senior leaders to coordinate the development of strategic and operational plans, and develop an integrated business performance measurement and reporting framework. As the Corporate Performance Coordinator, you will also work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to build organisational capability in business process improvement.
To be successful in this position, you will need demonstrated experience coordinating Integrated Planning and Reporting processes within a government context or similar in the private sector. An understanding of strategy development, performance reporting, business improvement methodologies, and experience conducting service reviews is advantageous.
