The opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional OD specialist to join our team to drive talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Key accountabilities include:
- Designing and delivering OD initiatives to reinforce our values and foster the development of a high-performance workplace culture
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop and retain talent
- Coordinate initiatives to increase employee engagement and experience
- Facilitating workshops for emerging leaders and administration of a comprehensive leader development program
As we aspire to be contemporary and progressive, you will excel in this role if you:
- Have had exposure to HRMIS applications running on digital technology devices within a cloud-based environment
- Have recent experience liaising with business partners to diagnose organisation phenomena and collaboratively designing and implementing processes that enables team learning and increased team adaptive capacity and perfomance
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisation Development, Organisation Behaviour, Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Are a team player who shares your experiences and develops others
